Crockpot Pot Roast that the kids will eat!

I didn't get a photo of this but trust me it's so good! I put my roast in frozen solid which worked out okay. I ended up cutting it in half but it came out great! We made a mashed sweet potato/ regular potato to go with it and it was yummy! Enjoy!

Crockpot Pot Roast

 

2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix

1 1/4 cups water

5 1/2 lbs pot roast

Directions

1. In a slow cooker, mix cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and water.
2. Place pot roast in slow cooker and coat with soup mixture.
3. Cook on High setting for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low setting for 8 to 9 hours
